Thanks Nancy for sending the post for the Mother's day.
Still get to see my folks in their late 80's but I now have a better "vision" what they went through back in the 60/70's.
I get to enjoy time with my daughter and stepson now! Kinda different isn't it

Yup. Shoe"s on the other foot as the saying goes.

Heard lots of stuff like "a stitch in time saves nine" when I was growing up. Didn"t make sense then, but as I got older realized those old saying were born from experience and wisdom learned the hard way.
