sort of ot, gateless entry diagram

im building a pipe fence about 1/2 mile long on our place, there is a way to set pipe poles in a patern so that a person can walk between them and go from one side of the fence to the other,kind of a gateless gate, but livestock cant pass thru, i cant remember just how that is set up has anybody got a diagram or picture of theirs?

From overhead, picture the outline of an arrow, with a gap between the inside of the point, and the shank. Walk thru is the gap, the size is you.

I leave a four foot opening. Then two feet inside of that I build an eight foot long section parallel and centered on the other opening. You can walk right through but cattle and horses can't make the turn out of the outside opening. I have had one or two calves walk out but that hasn't happen very often in the thirty plus years I have used them.
