* Gas Power Air Compressor ?? **

I have Question on a gas power air compressor...
I recently bought a 10hp wis .. 2 stage air compressor... the tag on it {what I can read } says it's a 1957 .. max air 210 psi .. max temp 650f ....

SHOULD I replace the pop valve and relief check valve { I don't know if they work or not } I don't want to have a BIG BANG ...

In the end of the valve is a hole for a pull ring, run it up to the max PSI it will build, and then pull the ring. If it pulls easy it is fine if it pulls hard or not at all the replace.

I would be more concerned about the condition of the tank,as you said the tag said 1957?...

Looks to have two relief valve on it. One on the tank and one on the high side cylinder.
