OT-automated phone system over ride numbers web site.

My computer crashed a while back, and I lost the web site that gives you the numbers to push to get through.
It used to be tapping the zero for alot of them, now they are smarter, and have codes to push.

The web site listed thousands of them, and the short cuts.

I was trying to reach somebusiness with a problem that was not listed on their automated dialing. I said into the phone rether strongly "I want to talk with a live person". Fellow immediately picks up the call laughing. Said he had never had anyone do that before, and yes they were listening to all incoming calls... Gene

I don't know anything about a web site, but many times I just mutter repeatedly in answer to a question and then I get a person! Try it. Lots of phone system default to a person if the system repeatedly receives a reply it can not understand/process.

Automated phone systems are about the most aggravating thing there is in life.

I generally apologize to the operator in advance when I finally get one as my blood is boiling by the time I reach one and I am not the most pleasant at that point.

It used to be you could pretend to have a rotary dial phone and reach an operator, but anymore they just hang up on you if you don't punch numbers.
