Sorry but it's going to snow again .............

Hey B&D its not gonna snow here, I just put my lawn mowers on the trailer for work on Monday, lol, How you been doin? How did you make out with the maple sap?? J

Sorry Bob but I think ND and SD is the two states that it has snowed every month of the year (think I read that somewhere)JK, LOL Cub Cadet has built a garden tractor called the "Ohio Special" it allows you to leave the snow blade on with the mower deck and that's no BS well maybe Ohio Special is but their home is Cleveland, Ohio. Hey B&D how'd you come out with the 7-1/2hp 2 cylinder B&S engine lawnmower? I'm curious. CT

Finished my plowing yesterday, discing today. Will take a couple days to shear sheep, and weather permitting, drill oats yet this next week. saw a neighbor drilling yesterday. Don't say that "s" word!

Turned out be be an average year. For a while it looked like a one week flop. There was very little light syrup mostly a medium amber.
Maple syrup is wonderful stuff. Can't imagine why some people ruin good pancakes with molasses or corn syrup.

That little B&S twin wasn't my project but I certainly liked it. Seen it at the Diesel Conflab at Walkerton Ontario last summer.

Real maple syrup is real expensive around here. Everything is flavored high fructose corn syrup. All the main brands like Aunt Jemima and Mrs. Butterworth's aren't real anymore.

I've already got all oats drilled here in SE Minnesota and so does everyone else I've talked to. Couldn't pass on that dry ground I guess even though it's a month ahead of schedule. My neighbor said it's the earliest he's put them in his lifetime and said he can remember back in 1969 when there was a 16" blizzard in mid-April, so nobody's counting their chickens before they hatch, I guess.

I haven't put the snowplow for my truck away yet, so there's still some hope.

93in Charleston, WV yesterday, broke records all over our area. Would've been nice here in S.E. Ohio if I hadn't of had to work on my dozer all day LOL. Keith
