1st time pulling a disc

Got the opportunity to pull the disc today.I found ouy 2 things, 1 It's too wet to use. 2 It will pull up every piece of trash in the ground ie. stakes, bricks, wood,ect.... But it was fun learning ! Mike

Yes. A disc works best in the fall and even then it needs to be dry, dry, dry. I have to use my disc in the spring also because my plow leaves so many corn stalks sticking out that I can't get them threw the digger with out discing first. As a matter of fact I covered about 70 acres today here in So. central Mn. Worked real good until I lost one of the scrapers. Lucky I had an extra in the parts bin but that was my last spare. It is an old case disc so I don't know if I can order more or not. Will check tomorrow.

Naw. Mother was born in Belgum and moved here with her family when she was 2. On my dads side it was my great grandfather that came from Belgum and both sides of family are very proud of there heratige. So when I drove truck interstate back in the 70's just picked Flying Belgian for my CB handle and it kinda stuck with me through the years.
