Tire swapping question on a Case 900 help!

I am about to buy a 1957 case 900 tractor. It has 18.4x34 tires on it now and they are rotten. I have a real nice set of 23.1x26 rice and cane tires that I want to put on this tractor. Does anyone here know where I can get a set of wheels and hubs to make this swap happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to come to Illinois, I have a '64 930 Western that has the centers and rims you need. I was going to do the same thing, but put 38" rubber on my 900 instead. The 930 runs, but is a bit rough. Also keep in mind- the wheel weights have a different bolt pattern on the 26" centers. This 930 has the big 700lb weights on it. I'll sell the tractor cheap if you want to make the trip, but I don't want to sell just the wheels. Email is open- let me know if you want some pics.
