JD 3010 for hobby farm?

35 acres, light tilling & loader work, mowing, haying, and snow removal.

3010 suitable?

asking $4900 with Dual loader. doesn't look great but reportedly works good.

watch outs? price OK?

thx in advance for any help or suggestions.

PTO stub is a watchout. You get a lot more tractor in a 3010 than something smaller for the same money. It won't fit through a 7' garage door.

Perfect size for what you want to do.

Price seems good. So much of that depends on the condition of it.

Great tractor for what you are looking to do with it. You don't mention whether it is gas or diesel but either one would make you a fine tractor. The gas version will drink quite a bit of fuel if you are doing heavy work with it. Price seems fair. Good luck!

You'll love it That was my first tractor. You may have a few "run on" problems, that is it won't shut down. If you do let it idle for a few minutes after working it before you shut it down.
Does it come with a foot throttle also? A lot of them had that and that's nice with the loader.
