Very nice. I'm always amazed at how dry it can be elsewhere when it's usually so wet here. It was just getting so you could walk across sod without your boots sucking off- then 1" rain.
I wouldn't be so amazed if you were well west of the Mississippi in the dry plains, but Wisconsin!? You aren't up north in the drought streak are you?
 
Yup starting the 7th year of drought, absolutely no snow and very little rain this March. Lakes are literally drying up. Old timers say its just about to the point of the great drought of the 30s. Pretty small area of drought but we are suffering severely.
 
Give the kid credit. He tried to push it through but it was too much for the old Oliver and they had to leave it. LoL Dave
 
Back when I was his age, it was easier for me to pull a tractor than to push it.

Nice looking calf crop; sure there are more on the way.

I have a friend that lives over that way so I spend some time over there. Been known to spend a little bit of it up at the Fishbowl in Danbury.

I ice fish on Upper Clam sometimes.
