Oliver 1800 power steering leak

I have a leak in the power steering unit of my Oliver 1800 diesel. I have disconnected it but cannot get it off. There is a bolt under a rubber cover, but it only turns so far. Any ideas on how to remove this unit so I can get it repaired?

That bolt is a puller bolt. Once you start to loosen it and it gets tight you are removing the unit from the tapered spline. 200 pound feet or torque is I remember correctly.

if it has the Gemmer unit don't get your hopes too high in making it leak free.
