Ya probably spelled it wrong LOL.
Well I had an omelet. I fried up some hot sausage and some Italian sausage, then added some onions then green pepper and last but not least some green olives. Slow cooked them over a low heat for about 15 minutes. Put 2 eggs cracked that is in a bowl and poured in a little milk. Then took the stuff I had fried and poured that in to the eggs and mix that up real well. Scrapped the bottom of the pan and then put in some more butter. Poured the eggs mix into the pan and let cook for about 5 minutes. Then I put on some pepper jack cheese, black pepper, garlic powder and some Southwestern Seasoning. Let that slow cook for about 15 minutes covered. Slide it out of the pan and as I did folded it in half. Only problem I had was it made to much for me to eat so the 4 dogs each got a bite of it. So what did you have??

Only a 12 oz can why not a 20oz bottle ??? Ya that is the first thing I get when I get up in the morning I pour my self a glass of Dr. Pepper and take my blood pressure pill

Weet-a-bix at 6am, only have time to cook weekends. We also have our own eggs....taste better than any store eggs. If you eat a breakfast like that every morning I wouldn't tell your doctor!
Chris

The perfect day for you to have asked since I tried something entirely new today, which was toast spread with peanut butter on one slice and apricot jam on another and made into a sandwich. Actually ate two of them. Think I'll pass on making them again. Okay, but nothing great.

Last week it was more along the lines you tell of.
Bacon, with onions and green pepper, diced potato, and when almost cooked through eggs added over the top, and when those were done I added some cheese over the top. Mighty fine eating that sets one up for many hours without a morning snack even needed.

Most days I do not eat breakfast and to day to tell the truth is was more like brunch since I ate at 10:30 am. As for the doctor my cholesterol counts are that of some one who is around 25 or so, so my doctors tell me my good is high and my bad is low so doing ok there. But I think that gos back to the staying active thing

Didn't have breakfast this morning. Too busy helping my wife celebrate supremacy in women's hockey. It is not that often (not often enough?) that rural Canada gets to gloat while our future 13 th province watches. Other sore spots: BSE, RCALF, to name a couple. Even though we might sadly have to resort to sports to do so: "Canadians seldom get mad: but we frequently do get even!"

Home made pork sauage a 1 egg on a muffin coffee
to go MMMMMMMMM and I gata go.
By the way GOOOD MORNN OLD
JR.Frye

Had me a porkchop sandwich with a fresh made biscuit. Washed it down with a Dr Pepper and my typical BP and Tricor pills.

I had oatmeal made from rolled oats with raisins, and a pancake and a half. Quite nice, but not up to your level of achievement.

Leftover boneless pork loin roasted under bacon. Sliced it thin while it was cold, nuked it, and toasted a piece of homemade bread to lay it on.

Having breakfast for dinner tonight so I kinda switched up the normal order of things.

i made me a couple of egg sandwiches with cheese, and ham, the ham was off a piece of ham, and i made it about 1/2 inch thick so i knew it was on there, the same with the cheese, try to find that at a mickey donalds, finished off with 16 oz fresh orange juice, i do admit im off today except for farm chores, and the mrs. is out of town lol

Oh yes we have lots to be proud of. Google wars between Canada and the US sometime for instance. Ask a lot of countries in Europe who made the difference (in time) in WW 2. You won't care for the answers to either question. We may very well become the 51 st state some day, but it won't include me. You already have several you're not using: too busy playing in the sand.

That sounds like a real treat. In fact that is what I had for lunch today with different goodies. Was hoping you were having coon or opposum though. Weathers appears it's going to be a little better the next week or so. Take care, Hal.

Venison goulash, 7 grain bread and peanut butter, 1 cup jamaican expresso with 1 cup milk.

I think I now know why they are walking away and in the past they didn't go but maybe 10 feet. I checked the rounds I have now and they are not mag rounds but Special rounds so they do not have the punch that the mag rounds have. Well I'm down to 4 of them left so I will be buys more very soon and I'll make 150% sure they are 44mag not 44 spl/mag rounds

2 fried eggs, from my hens, one on a toasted english muffin, with a slice of cheese, the other I just ate with some black pepper on it. And a mug of coffee, a bottle of water and a Gatorade to go.

I assumed your reference to the future 13th province to be a reference to the U.S. so I turned it around and shot it back. Seems that assumption was in error.

Well I could just use one of the deer rounds on them but I don't want to put a bunch of holes in the porch some how my wife might not think that is for better air flow LOL. Ya I have dropped 2 deer in 2 years with the 44mag out at around 60 yards and the biggest one was a 10 point buck

Not to bad if you cook them the right way. That same year I also got a 9 point buck with my cross bow. I have a special permit to use it during bow season. The 9 pointer was bigger then what should have been a 10 point. Reason I say should is that the 10 pointer had one side broke off at about 4 inches. Oh by the way I measured how close I was to the opossum I shoot last night that got away. From my foot to where it was was right at 4' so with me standing holding that gun out that shot would have been less then 4' and there is no way to miss at that range just guess the shot shells take time to do there job

Two small cups of caffiene free coffee and a small bowl of Cherrios with 1% milk and a packet of lo cal sweetner. If you could see my arteries you would understand.

Oh believe me I understand that is why I do my best to stay as active as I can. I can't work a 8 hour day any more but I can work 30-60 at a time and then take an hour brake and do it again for another 30 minutes or so. I get a lot done that way but takes days to do so yep understand your problem also and may dad has some of the same you have. I just hope you do as much as you can when you can or one day you might just wake up dead LOL

So why you answer this if you didn't like it maybe you should get a life since your dumb enough to post an answer like that I'm just being friendly but what are you being but a butt head

I was wondering about that. So it wasn't the marksmanship after all. I've used the 44 mag shotshells on snakes before and it was pretty much snake pudding.

At times I wish I could drink coffee but I'm allergic to it and if I want to run a fever all I have to do it take a sip of coffee. I can go from 98.6 to 101 just by taking a sip. Oh and then bounce off the walls up down and side ways

Ya I had some old rounds that I have had since I got this gun that stopped anything I hit with but this new stuff is crap. I figure all of the animals have died but sure wish they didn't walk off. I even call around to see if I could find TRUE 44 mag shot shells and not one has them. Wish I could find the shot holder I would load my own and then nothing 4 or 2 legged would make it past me shooting them. Ya I like the 44mag shot shell for home defense also keep thing good in the house but if I shoot a person sure makes them hurt a lot if not go down

Only thing I have that is 44mag is my hand gun and ya I know 60 yards is getting out there with a pistol with a 6 or 7 inch barrel but both times I had a witness

Hah check this out, started day shift today, stopped at store this morn for my weeks worth of food for work.Got to register and D&MN forgot my wallet.Man was I pizzed, hungry day too!!Also makes me a felon cause Im carrying without my permit,LOL.Well D$mn I work in the ghetto, what do they expect,I guess I would have to let the lawyers figure out.
