Does anyone know if the power trol systems from a 1949 would fit on to a 1949 B?

My question sould have been a 1949 power trol will it fit a 1942

If your 42 has power lift, then yes the power trol from a 49 will fit on the 42. The cast ears under the seat that the pedal hinged on is not used. just bolt on the power trol unit with the handle coming up beside the seat. I did this same thing with my 46 A. Actually took a power trol from a 51 B and put on the 46 A.
