Hey Jay
i just read your post on tool talk about jacking your house.
3 ton bottle jacks are too light
if you'd like we have a couple 30 ton house jacks, a bunch of screwjacks adn a 12-ton or two that you would be welcome to borrow as we are right around the corner
 
Steve, thanks for the offer, but I found the beam is level, and the foundation must be low, so the joists are going uphill kinda. From the foundation to the steel I beam. So Im just gonna leave it. Dad and I just finished putting on the 3/4 round trim today. Looks good. Glad to hear from you, was wondering if you were still on this site. Thank you again Jay
 
doin well...just trying to get ready for the snow this week...
so glad that it decided to get up to 40 degrees today and make the ground nice and soft so that way i tear the driveway up moving snow
 
Ya, Im waiting to see what we get also. Im Not working at Highcliff Farm this winter, but my friend went to Florida for a few months, so Im looking after his cows on the other side of Delanson.
If your around this summer on Mondays, between 8:30 to 12:30 and you ever stop at Highcliff, and provided they hire me to cut the grass again this year ask anyone on a lawm mower were Jay is. Or if you come with Barry or something. Catch you later. J
