IH 404 for hobby orchard?

everyone, thanks for all the help so far.

still shopping for a tractor for hobby farm; drilling tree holes, tilling, mowing, snow removal

need 3 pt. and live PTO

Is IH 404 a good option? price is $3500 asking.

looks to be in really nice shape

(other option is a fordson dextra for around $3000)

I have an IH 404, it dose NOT have live pto.

I kinda like the little Dextas but the 404 is a nice tractor too. Our 404 did have an independent PTO and a TA but some did not. Price sounds pretty good. Friend of mine has a loader that would likely work for ya too. Where you at in MN? We are near Brainerd.
