mom in hospital

have not been around you all for a while , my mom had chest pains last friday she is in the hospital and had a stent put in. She is 81 years old and has had m.s. for 25 years. I have to be at the hospital for her, She had 3 arterys blocked, they did one yesterday and she felt great today. She gets the rest done tomorrow morning.

I know what you are going threw I all most lost my wife last summer. She is 55 years old,She had 2 stents put in, and THEY were in the vains they call the widow makers.The vain on the left was 98% pluged and the one on the right was 85% pluged. Now the bad thing is I cant keep up with her.stay there with her that will make the healing prosses go that much faster.

Yep, hope everything works out, and Im glad your there for her. My wifes grandmother fell and broke her hip last week, shes 102, and my father in law has been with her every night. They did a hip repair of some sort and she is doing good. JayinNY
 
Hope all goes well with your mother"s surgery today.

My dad had the same operation.

We were sitting on the tailgate of his truck talking one afternoon and he just collapsed in my lap.

Take care of both yourself and your family.
 
Our Prayers are with your mom and your family.Lost my mom seven years ago to a heart attack,..she was 85. They have come along way in heart treatment for the eldery. Keep the faith and all will be fine.
