oliver snow warrior

Well here is my Oliver 1650 snow warrior. I use it for feeding square bales to my horses, haul firewood and plowing snow. I came up with this mounting system, All I have to do is stab it with the bale spears and I am ready to plow. Unloading is easy too, as shown in the third picture. Like my dad always tried to tell me " There are two ways to earn a living, one is with your brain, the other is with your back. It's your choice."

nice set up,I've been trying to come up with something like that.I might just try that!might shorten it a bit though.

I like having it out there at that length as at the end of the driveway there is a steep dropoff into a ditch. This way I can push the snow into the ditch and not risk getting the tractor in the ditch. Also if you shorten it up too much than you will not be able to angle the blade as it will come back and hit the tines.

How's that heat houser work for you? You actually feel heat coming off the engine?

I did something like that on my skidsteer .. sure can pile easyer.. also in my case if I need down pressure to cut ice .. I just tip it more so the edge cuts ...

The heat houser/weather brake makes a big difference. I still want to put a cab on it as the tractor has to sit outside and I get tired of ice and snow on the seat.

Nothing a like seeing better than a good
Oliver being put to work. Good idea there!!!
