How big is the average farmer (rancher)?

Y'all must be short and fat like me.. AND, all buying chore coats now....

I'm looking for a blanket lined 2XL chore coat, denim or brown, made in the USA if possible, for a reasonable price (50-75 bucks?). Any ideas where I can look (online)? Interesting stuff on amazon isn't available in 2XL. XL accentuates my belly and 3XL smothers me.

Thanks,

Dave

Not intentional..... Just that battle buddy thing. I hate to see usually smart folks make a fool out of themselves, so I just point it out in hopes that they'll quit.

Funny you mentioned midwest workwear. They're located in my home town (Kaukauna, Wi), brother went to school with one of the owners kids.

Used to be a different store and sold regular clothes, rented tuxs, as well as selling Carrhart. Eventually he dropped everything except the Carrharts, and seems to be doing pretty good for himself. Can't afford the good stuff myself, so I haven't been in his store since I got my tux for prom.

Local store does that too. I don't think they do internet sales. Swann's of Howell, Michigan.

I, all 6' and 217 pounds of me (Dr says I am to fat), will actually answer your question. Google 'Sportsmans Guide' or 'Cheaper than Dirt', They always have sales. Often they have the larger sizes avalible at very reasonable prices.

Hey Dave, Have you looked at Duluth Trading? They sell a variety of men's wear including some pretty tough outer wear made from their proprietary "fire hose" canvas. I bought a few things from them and they wear like iron! If ya watch, you can find a sale, and some times free shipping (although that might not apply to overseas orders). They DO sell most of their stuff in big and tall sizes. HTH ...D

There is an outlet place near me that sells a quilted lined, Carhart knockoff, with hood for $20. They had a bunch of them before Christmas, not sure if they have any left. Seemed like the larger sizes were more prevalent.
