Farmall A Transmission Gears

I am trying to figure out how to get the bottom transmission gears out of a Farmall A. I believe they are called the "Cluster" gears. I have the top ones out but I can"t see how to get the lower ones out. I need to change the bottom transmission gear furthest toward the rear of the tractor. Your help is appreciated!

Casey,
The transmission countershaft (the bottom shaftin the transmission) has to come out towards the rear. This implies you need to remove the differential first. Pulling the differential means that you need to pull both differential shafts, which are driven by the differential and mounted in the final drives.
If you don't have a manual, I could scan and e-mail some relevant dwgs.
Gene Bender on the Farmall board knows these tractors inside and out.
