Well??? Did he?????

Would have see shadow here- but no worries, we don't have groundhogs. Maybe a weasel, or something, saw his. Can't really call what we've been having as "winter", so another 6 weeks of it would work in just fine.

Don't believe Buckeye Chuck saw his shadow here in Ohio, but heard Pax Phil did see his shadow.
Six more weeks of winter if he sees his shadow. Month and a half if he doesn't... Gene

I hope PETA was there to govern the whole ordeal! Seems like a world-altering event that requires their presence.

Groundhog day is to be observed by eating pork sausage (*it is gound up hog*) ;^)

Us either. There's a Dormouse (Glis glis) that there is some kind of saying about, but with all the snow he'da been hawkbait if he'dve shown today. It has and is dumping so much snow that it looks like the last hoorah here. I expect to see buds and crocus' in the next 2 weeks or so. Could be wrong though.

Yeah, I went to the local truck stop diner this morning and asked for pancake and ground hog.

Say what?!

Just replayed the ceremony on my local 5pm news. According to the proclimation he saw and thus 6 more weeks of winter. I didn"t see no dumb shadows, but still expect we"ll get all the winter we need!

Basicaly, If he sees his shadow, we will have 6 more weeks of winter, If he dosen't, spring will be here in about a month and a half. So I ask, does it really matter???

Lot of wisdom on this forum.
Now I don't have interpret between in lines!

PS: Anybody got the Rodentator website - we've had awfull trouble with the "varmits" this year. LOL

Jim
