We have never tried it in dirt. This is the first year we REALLY could have used chains! Used it for 5 winters now, never needed them before (rear weights and fluid has been plenty). Oh well. Still hard to justify the cost of chains-just takes longer! Greg

I have a set of chains but have never used them,(knock on wood) We get ice under the snow here to but so far I have been lucky I guess.

Did somebody miss my tongue in cheek post? You have posted some great pictures,Larry. I spend too much time looking at them, but that is my fault.lol.
Now has somebody got some Massey Harris pictures?

I hope this posts by the picture of the grader/tractor. That is very cool. Is it OEM or something added to the tractor? I"d like to see some more pics.

We got a new pastor who had never lived in a rural area. He was fascinated by the harvest activities so I sent him some pics from this site.

Thanks

Well you know you can't put a green one and an orange one in the same picture it might start a fight. LOL But yep that little bit you see is my 1955 Oliver Super 88

That is in fact factory made. Allis took the WC tractors back then and cut the front off and then added a couple feet to them put the wide front under and then the blade set up. I have owned it now for over 15 years and use it to keep my drive way good. Almost takes 8 arms to use but it does a good job once you figure out how to use it with only 2 arms LOL

Here's a hot one; Summer 2008 and it was 105o in the shade of the umbrella.
