4500 ford tractor

i just rebuilt the power steering cylinder on my 4500 and its leaking worse than before. its leaking out of the power actuation valve that is on the top of cyl. i took the valve out and replaced the o ring cleaned everything else up , checked with the breakdown pic to make sure everybody was where they were supposed to be. put it all back together fired it up put oil in the res started the tractor up and the oil was pouring out from the power valve any ideas? thank you

Were all 3 orings replaced? Theres 2 on spool and 1 in housing.

the o ring in housing?guess i better check that out. used all the orings in the kit thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!
