I have been cleaning out some fence rows around our old farm. This old spreader has been there a long time, granddaughters climbed up on it and I took there picture.

You need to get that old girl out and clean it up it look like it wouldn't take a lot to get it up in working condition. Being a horse drawn model makes it worth more. Also that extra cast iron seat may just pay for the restoration some of those are worth a pretty penny.
