hhey guys im looking at a 1949 jd b the motor is stuck and they cant get the transmission back into neutrual how much is it worth get back to me please

We need a lot more information..!!

Condition of the sheet metal, tires,,,,is it "all there", etc, etc...

So far it sounds like well under one thousand..could be it is not worth $500..

Engine locked up might be a very big problem or it might not be all that bad. As for the tranny again that could be as simple as jacking it up to take the load off and then popping it out of gear or it might have a tranny full of water and rust. At this point with what little info you gave I would say scrape iron price which would put it in and around $250.
I have a 1935 JD-B that was locked up for 15 plus years and I freed it up when I got around to working on it in less then a week
