Building the New House

We replaced an old trailer on the property with this new house. Not the Oliver super 88 towing the trailer away. I gave it to a Menonite farmer.

You're going to like that poured basement. Should never have to worry about water problems down there. Nice home with a nice view.

I am a mason and did the chimney and front of the house I did not do the poured foundation. The stone is from an old barn foudation in berks county. I did the front of the house all by myself on weekends.

Looks good. if it isn't too late. Run all the sink,bathtub,dishwasher,laundry and water softener to a separate grey water drain.
Before you get too far with the electrical service. This is the time to install this unit, rather than "farmer fixes" when using a backup power generator.

theres a few deer around but not alot. there is not alot of woods right by us.

Wasn"t the 88 a little over-matched by the trailer? Saw the neighbor pull one with a 2-135 White and it was quite a load on that.
