O/T:'91 chevy clutch problems

Hello all. i have a '91 chevy silverado k1500 and am having problems with the clutch. it came on real fast today when i was driving it. the clutch pedal pushed real hard and did nothing. it wouldn't disengauge the tranny or anything. now when i have the pedal to the floor the whole truck shakes(when moving) and the clutch still doesnt work. any ideas what it could be? i was thinking maybe the throw-out bearing but i have no clue.

clutch disc has came apart it is like the pedal don't do anything

a bad t/o bearing can wear thru the fingers,however sounds to me like the lining separated

Dosen't really matter if its the disc, pressure plate or throw out bearing. You'll have to replace them all anyway. Inspect the bell housing, linkage and levers while your at it.

might have something to do with the hydraulic slave cylinder on it, they were noted for problems on them.
