I always really enjoy the pictures posted here so here is mine. This is a 1971 2520D I am working on. New brakes, axle seals, tires all around, radiator, seat, flashing lights on the fenders, light switch, dimmer switch, one new end rod on the steering rod, and many other small parts.
The bolts that go through the hub to hold the wedges between the hub and rim (8 per wheel) were rusted so tight that about half of them I had to cut off flush, heat cherry red from both sides, let cool for a day and then finally I was able to drive them out. As you can see the rims and hubs were sandblasted and painted.
The 3 pt draft arms were also rusted so tight I had to make a special pulling jig to pull them apart after much penetrating oil and heating cycles. The same was true of the tie rods in the front.
Enjoy the picture.
