a guy on craigslist wants a free tractor with widefront new tires and within in 30 miles of austin mn,I would help him out but I'm more than 30 miles away.its on minneapolis craigslist.just gotta wonder!!!!

i guess somebody whined about ad...its been flagged for removal.
for those of you new to Craigs list, people asking for stuff and folks giving stuff away has been the norm for at least the last 10 years since i found the place...i've gotten and given away plenty of free stuff...aint nuthin wrong with trading trash for treasure.

The Junk Pickers do it around here all the time,Head line [ Will pick up cars,trucks,washers dryers and any metal for free,Fast pick up, Same Day Service ] call /There real Dirt Bags ! I Flag most all of them.if there offering to pay I leave them alone.

Laugh all you want. My neighbor that does grading got a John Deere B that had been sitting on property that he was doing work on just for the asking. The more money than sense owners said it and other farm equipment left there from previous elderly owners was junk and they wanted it gone. You can't be shy or assume no is the answer.

My got a real nice Cockutt 35 for free just up the hill from me.Its worth around $4000 give or take a few dollars.
The other neighbor sold a really bad MM broke front axle and lots of damage wrong fenders and such for $500 Who knows what people will do.

I have been seeing alot of ads for people wanting hay, needed so badly, BUT must be under a certain amount, ussually under the cost to grow and bale it, plus the want it delivered, and also, it has to be a certain kind, like all timothy, I guess they think horse feed is part of govt assistance

I see a lot of requests for free horses; wants one for the daughter/son, will love it but can't afford to buy one. What scares me is the purchase of the horse ain't nothing compared to their maintenance and upkeep. How are they gonna take care of it?

When I was looking for a wood stove for my shop a few years ago, it occurred to me that some folks might have one laying around with no way to haul it away- so advertised on a local radio want-ads program for a free woodstove. Got 5 calls, could take my pick. Got a pretty good one, that was rusty from being outside, but had never been used.

Ya never know til ya ask.
