OT Where did my toolbar go?

All of a sudden, the toolbar at the top of the page is gone. If I move the cussor up there it comes back, but the tab for favorites is gone. If I changed any setting, I didn't know it. How can I get it back to the way it was? Chris

Just noticed, the one on the bottom of the page is gone too. HELP!!!!!

Hit F11 and you will come out of full screen mode

On the upper right side of the screen click on "Tools" and then "Toolbars". Make sure all the items are checked.

Just noticed I lost some of my facilities as well - must have something to do with the "Blue Moon"!
