ford 9n oil tube under filter

When I changed the oil on my 9n and checked the canister after I removed the old filter, it was so gunked up that I decided to remove the canister and give it a good cleaning. After I replaced the canister and the oil tubes,I noticed that I must have twisted the bottom tube when I tightened it. Now the tube seems constricted. (motor runs fine and oil pressure normal). I would like to replace the tube anyway. If it is a pre made tube I cant find it anywhere. Can anyone help? Thanks

To the OP, before you ask for his phone number and who he is, Google: "Dennis Carpenter 8N".

IF you are not a member of the "correct police" and simply want to replace the pipe at a reasonable price, auto parts stores have generic lengths of 1/4" steel brake line with "inverted flare" fittings, the exact same stuff the oil line uses.

Get a length as close to the old line as possible or a few inches longer and bend your own.

I will cost you $4 to $7.
