I backed my tractor into the shed it's an 8N
and its to little to plow thru the snow in front of the door.I don't have tire chains either.So I'm shoveling by hand.

So I'm not the only one who lives in town and has tractors around. Good.
We got walloped here. About 14" in two seperate dumpings.
The snow Xmas morning was about half rain and almost impossible to move. If it had all been snow it would have measured more like 20". Berms along the street at least 40" high and heavy.
Methinks these are the conditions to give us flooding next spring. A layer of ice along the bottom of the snow. Water wont sink in at all. Just run off.

Seems odd to me that a 8n without chains still could not do more then a man with a shovel.

I'd love to use my tractor but the snow is over the grill guard in front of the doors,it's deeper after that.
