critters and typing

Anyone have a critter that likes to bug you when posting? I have a yellow lab, Peach, that nudges her nose under my arm as I type and now a young kitten(future house mouser), Booger, who likes to sit on my lap and paw the keyboard. The kitten won't sit long anywhere else but when I type. Go figure! Only time I can type is when the cat and dog are playing together in the front room. Sure keeps things interesting around here!
 
Been thinking about putting a strand of electric fence around my desk for a day or so while I am out....
 
Got a cat that likes to get in my lap when I"m at the computer and head butts my arm/hand if I don"t pet her. Makes it hard to type.
 
Yes, they can't understand why you would want to pay all that attention to that dumb inert computer thing, when a fine fellow like them is around to pet and cuddle ;-)
 
Cats keep lookin for the mouse.

My son's cat will sit on my lap when I am on the computer or sit on the back of my legs if I lay on the floor while watching T.V.

Glad to see others have this problem also. My cat likes to lay under the light next to my arm. Makes it hard to opeate the mouse. He can lay anywhere he wants, as he has kidney failure, and probably wouldn't be here too many more months. Although he is doing good now. Stan
 
Ya! every time I get on the computer my 4 year old daughter wants to play puzzles and color on the puter! Hoping to get a laptop for Christmas for my self. I don't mean to be selfish!!
 
I had a cat for 18 years, took her to the vet for the first time in her life because she wasent acting right, they told me the same thing, she had kidney failure. That was in Oct of 2003. I know what you mean!! I do miss her. J
 
I see I"m not the only one with this problem. For me it"s the wife"s Poodle and the daughters Chiwawa that mess with me. The Poodle is old and just likes to be close to someone and she will nudge at my arm wanting to be petted. The Chiwawa just likes to try to get on my lap with the computer and stick her rear in my face. At least when she lays down she doesn"t nudge at me. Thankfully my "lab" does little but play with the Chiwawa and sleep.
 
My cat Moe lays on the desktop and trIES to play with my hand when I am using the mouse. The he gets up and walks across the keyboard to the other side to look out the window and then back. Henry
