Farmall H with flooding carburetor

Need help on this one! New needle & seat, float adjusted,& float is good, too. Farmall H will run rich for about 10 seconds & die. If you try to restart it gas will run out of air intake on carburetor.

No fuel pump...gravity feed of fuel? Then it's still the carb...needle and seat or the float...pull the float and see if gas logged..if it is brass, shake it to see if it has gas in it. If it is foam...throw it away and get a new one.
If it has a fuel pump...maybe it has too much pressure..that one, I can't help.

Float and needle are suspect.

Also check the operation of your choke. Those old girls won't take but two or three turns choked without starting before they'll flood.

After you have confirmed that the float is good and adjusted right and not hitting the side of the bowl(been there) take a small file to the three points on the side of the needle, sometimes the made in China parts are not as smooth as they should be.
