John Deere 1010R

I have a john deere 1010 R diesel and was wondering what it is worth. It is in nice shape. I heard only 1492 of these john deere 1010 R's were made and they are rare. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks Ben

what's the serial number? Should be able to figure out what year it was made then because supposedly the early diesel ones had more engine troubles. A value will depend most on its condition as much as anything else. Just my opinion

it is a 1963. the tractor is all original and in nice shape. runs good also

All 1010 tractors were pretty low production tractors.The diesels were troublesome and not very popular.None are high dollar tractors.

Low production? 44,376 total 1010's were made. 45,222 3010's were made. 57,572 4010's were made. Pretty close to the 3010's and 4010's.
