john deere 1530 orchard?

Hello all I was wondering if anyone had ever seen 1530 orchard? Did they make these? I think I have one. The tractor is very narrow at the back, it has the huge bubble looking fenders and inset rear wheels with steel bars across the rear center hub over axle. Can this be converted to conventional 1530? It's a good stout tractor for it's size, just a little unstable on a hill side Thanks!!

I think that if it's a true orchard model you would be better off $$$$$$$ wise to sell it to a collector and buy a more usable tractor. But orchard fenders/hood aren't listed in PC 4133 for a 1530.

Can you post a photo of the tractor?

You are kidding about the conversion of a rare, valuable and collectible tractor? Purchasing sheet metal and suspension parts. Then turning it into an ordinary run of the mill bargain priced tractor?
There are people who have also thought converting 4230 gassers, 3020/4020 side console LP/ gassers with power shift into diesels.

Sorry guys I didn't know if this was something that someone had come up with or if it was for real.If it is rare and collectable I wouldn't touch it and maybe restore it. I've had Massey's all my life ,so you got the post. I'll try to get some pictures of it and post. Thanks
