Caterpillar 15 tractor

Hey All
Went and looked at a Cat 15 today thought I could pick it up reasonable to restore.Anyways its a little to much work for me so I turned it down.Its basicly a parts tractor .The gentleman said if it was there in the spring he'd cut it up for scrape.So with that said is there a place that would buy it for parts or is it doomed to be a man hole cover.There hard to find hate to see it go for scrape.Any help in a place that could use it would be a great help.Tractors in Idaho

Where in Idaho would make a difference; lots of up and down country there...
Seriously, you could post on the dozing sites:
acmoc.org, antiquecaterpillar.com (org? net?), ibdozing.com, and the hcea.net site...Others can probably mention more...
If you have contact info for the owner, and his consent, you could put it on Idaho area Craigslist in his vicinity...or, if he has email, send me his email and I"ll do it if he"s agreeable...Bud [email protected]
