Just funnin. I know politics is not allowed and I'm one of the big transgressors. Just find it slightly amusing how certain people get upset about "Non Tractor Stuff" when it is poitical, but say nothing about these.

Well then,instead of my UPS post,let's whine about that misserable Meyer V Max sperader of mine. One of the big augers in the bottom of it broke off right at the rear carrier bearing today. The other one broke this spring. With 2 new gear boxes and one new beater,I hate to scrap it,but this is the last straw for that piece of crap.

Is that better?
 
No, but it is important. Unless you want to stick your head in the sand and just hope it all goes away. I guess some of us are just a little more patriotic than others.

Red, I am going to disagree with you because that is what I do. First, politics is fun, and you know that. Second, politics do not matter at this point. The ship we are all sailing on (the USA)is so overloaded and out of control it is going to sink no matter who is on the rudder. If you don't know that at least you are worried about it. Anyway, that is what I think about when I am driving one of my tractors.

But yes, I agree with you. We've passed too many thresholds. Over 50% receiving from the government instead of paying in. Debt that there is no hope of ever paying off. Immorality off the chart. Intentional dumbing down and indoctrination of the populace in public schools. And on and on and on.

I give us a 10-20% chance. If we almost completely turn over the Congress next year. Slash taxes and spending to what some will consider Draconian levels. Reduce the Federal gov. by at least 75% in one fell swoop. Repatriate illigals. Then, maybe, we'll have a chance. Otherwise, it's all over.
 
If you were successful in getting all non tractor stuff off of here, it would be a pretty boring place.

How many folks do nothing but 100% work on or with their tractor?

Nope, can't go fishing today, gotta work on my tractor.

Nope, can't mow the lawn today, gotta work on my tractor.

Nope, can't trap that skunk that gets under the front porch, gotta work on my tractor.
