All suggestions were tried. The flywheel is solid to the shaft. No linkage is adjustable so how would I adjust if necessary? It still will not release. It still rolls out of gear and cultch will not release. Does anyone know procedures for installing the clutch?

I don't think anybody is going to diagnose your problem without more details. A clutch is a clutch, and being in a Power King Economy tractor doesn't make it different. As I recall your tractor has a Crosley car transmission and a tiny Rockford or Auburn single clucth.

First - are you sure the input shaft of the transmission isn't locking up with the engine flywheel and crankshaft? There should be either a pilot bushing or pilot bearing in the end of the crankshaft, and the end of transmission input shaft has to turn freely in it - of the clutch cannot disengage.

As to the clutch itself - as long as it's dry, and the pressure plate is put together properly, and the pressure plate fingers are getting pressed down enough to take the spring pressure off the disk - it will disengage.
