Well I finally got my 841 back up and running, thank you to all that helped me with my questions. I just want to know, how many of you feel so relaxed as if it is therapy when you are on your tractor. It is amazing, I wish I would of had one of these years ago!!!!!

Spend 1000-1500 hours per year in the seat of your tractor..........and other farm equipment......... for the next 40 or 50 years and report back. There were a few things I loved to do; watching the soil 'roll' with a 5 or 6 bottom plow; watching the old 24T spit a bale every few seconds; running a silage cutter when it and the rest of the operation was running 'right'; I'm sure you can relate.

Relaxing "work" is <a HREF="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UptigurqKAk">pulling the hayrake</a> with either "Sam" our 51MT or "Uncle Earl" our 39B.

Relaxing is riding on any of our Model 70s.

Take a 4 minute ride on "15" our <a HREF="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbId7_pwkbc">53 Model 70</a> gas tractor.

After getting beat around for weeks on end chiseling I always liked the heavy disking or better yet the springtooth time. But the most relaxed I'd ever get was at the end of the day when I climbed into the car and drove back to the house....smoooooth :D

Plowing with my John Deere G or GW and the 3-14's 55 ABH plow is real fun, but just cruisin' plowing with our Farmall H and Little Genius No. 8 2-14 is more relaxing....that 'ol H just purrs. Apparently Plow Chief bottoms pull pretty easy, the '51 H is sure happy in third gear with that plow.

After my little escapade today (got it home thread), I'm going to the guest house down the street for a hot meal and plenty of cold beers. Should be relaxed in a couple of hours.......

Dave
