Speaking of milkers,can you add to these brands?

Could find no listing at Google. Sears Roebuck ?
 
Are you talking about milking machines of the past? As in "Yesterday's Tractors"? There are hundreds of manufactureres of milking machines today. You doubt? Ever been to the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville? One enormous pavillion is always packed as full as it can be with milking machine displays. Some made in China.
 
Yes, milking machines of days gone by, like in the 40s,50s and 60s. Boumatic or was that a brand ?
 
Anyone ever see or use a Clean Easy Milker? It was on a three wheel cart with a built in vacum pump and two five gallon glass containers. You could milk 2 cows at the same time with claw units on long hoses. Mom and dad tryed it in the early 50's, didnt work very good.
 
Dad's first milking machine was a National. Was a self contained, stand alone machine. Was somewhat better than hand milking. This disappeared when the landlord installed the vacuum system... Gene
 
Westfalia (Germany) bought out Surge, currently very popular in this area. Had their system for years after switching from a Zero pipeline.
 
We had a Sears for our first machine. It was made bt Surge. Most parts were interchangeable.
Were a good machine we thought. Sure beat milking by hand.
 
BouMatic is very much still around, in fact is the only full line milking equipment company still made in America, world headquarters are in Madison, Wisconsin. Pipelines, parlors, bulk tanks and everything in between.
 
NuPulse is still a active producer of dairy equipment. The unusual thing about NuPulse milkers is they do not have 2 hoses, a milk hose and a vacuum hose. They design thier milkers to run the pulsator off the vacuum of the milk line. The only have pneumatic pulsators that are quite simple, can even be thrown into the wash vat to clean them.
