I had 4 pepper plants this year and I didn't get them all picked before it frosted the other night. Are they still any good? I picked them this evening, and some were soft, but some were still firm. Just wondering if they are alright to eat or not. Also, if they are good, what's the best way to keep them? Chris

They should be still good...just don't leave them too long if it warms up much. Clean them and put them in the freezer and then add them to chili and other slow-cooker meals this winter.

They will still be good for a day or 2 but longer probably not. I would either cook them up in something or freeze them. I just froze about 4 gal. of them the other day because they where calling for frost which we did not get
