OT livestock scales

I was visiting a cousin today, she is a widow and trying to keep up the family farm and she wanted my opinion on what to do with the wagonshed, it needs repaired or torn down. Well, before someone can do either it needs CLEANED OUT. While looking over the mostly junk but a few items worth saving I saw what she said her Dad used to weigh cows on, you could see the balance arm inside, it resembled truck scales, and outside under a lean-to roof there was a wood platform on large iron beams. No idea of how old it is. I may be helping to clean the shed out this fall and have no idea if this item is "old iron for an antique machinery buff" or if it should go on the scrap pile. Sorry for not more of a description or photos but couldn't see much anyhow. Any thoughts?

Not sure if it's collectable, but if they are accurate, maybe they could be still used somewhere's,I wouldn't be too quick to scrap it.

we used one similar that for antique tractor pulling club just athought if there is any in your area they may be interested

They are in western PA. If seriously interested give me your name and phone no. If they are salvagable and for sale I will let you know. It might be a couple months until I know.

Sounds good to me. I will get in touch with my partner and see what we can do.
