The tobacco used in special cigarettes like Camel non filtered are supposed to be blended with Turkish brand tobaccos.

You tobacco growers say not much money for labor involved compared to other crops less demanding in labor forces.

Pa has a State minimum of pricing them.

What upsets me the same pack in all the stores that advertise said cigarettes "ARE sold at lowest state allowable minimum prices.

How come these stores are within 20 mile of here and the price ranges in almost up to a buck difference per pack.
 
IF you can't remember, is it because you use it?

why would any one add it to cigarettes, when you just make cigarettes out of it, and get all drugged up..
 
As they say take a trip and never leave the farm...on the other hand I haven't touched it in about 30 yrs...Having said all that....have a nice day...
 
Pa already have fixed taxation on tobacco so how do the stores get away with charging other than the lower price when they advertise selling for state allowable minimum prices ? All local stores seem to charge different prices Same state - same county.

None of the stores can answer that.

I think it is price gouging.
 
Are Camel straights, in Pa., more expensive than the filtered Camels? They are around here. They hit you with $7+ when you buy one. My regular filters are $6.74 with tax. There charging extra to get cancer, faster! A little rediculous, if you ask me. Otherwise prices don't fluctuate here too much. Until you get to the Il. border. A little cheaper there. That's where I'm heading today, South Beloit, to pick up 4 cartons for almost $20 less, a piece! Even with $20 in the tank, I'm still saving almost $60! Fortunately - unfortunately I have to quit by the end of this month for surgery in early December. No plans to go back, either, but we all know how that goes. Well, here's to hopin' - Mike
 
Yes Mike they are and I really cant understand why because before they came out with filters there was no such brand as a camel filter. I've always argued that the none filters made the company it is that the prices should be a little more fair.

Been smoking them since they were $0.24 a pack, Between $6.38 and $7.25 now

Damn I could have a tractor !!!!probably feel better too .

The addiction is a self made problem , but I feel the company there for awhile did somehow add more nicotine that further drew me in.

Any other brands I try only give me a smokers cough . are not as satisfying either so I smoke more so back the the expensive ones.
