In a perfect world where your family was completely taken care of if anything happened............ You'e ???? years old and ready to kick off, whoever you're master is says you can have another 40 (??) years if you trade all past exreriences and memories.....
Would you trade or just kick off and enjoy the life you had????

I'd keep the memories...........

Would my 40 years be in good health and able to do things, or in my "about to kick off" state?

Guess either way, I wouldn't opt for 40 more years- wouldn't be much fun with amnesia. . .
And I wouldn't be able to annoy the grandkids with my many fascinating stories from "back in the day".

I don't see anything in health care reform that will help you live 40 more years- even if you're only 20 at the time. LOL

Well, my master says that the Power of life and death is in the tongue (words) so I choose Life.(Prov 18:21) He also tells me to forget the past and press on to Him(Phil 3:13-14).

I"ll take the memories. Not particularly interested in the next 40, don"t think most of the "older generation" is going to enjoy it much.

I don"t think I"d want to spend the next 40 years with only partial memory that comes and goes, bedridden and constantly crapping myself. That just doesn"t sound like such a great deal to me.

If the good Lord offered me that kind of deal, I'd ask Him what He wanted me to do, and do that.

It is appointed for man to die once and after this the judgement....Hebrews 9:27.
(reincarnation is not biblical)

At my "x" years old I would rather die and meet the Lord.

I asked the Lord to let me see my son grow up and then after that if it is my time to go then send down a lightning bolt.

Wouldn't trade my memories for all the tea in China. Have a good run in life(problems and all) & still above the grass as they say.I Wouldn't want another 40 years added to my 74.Will take what ever the Good Lord hands me and be thankfull for what time I have left. I'm greatfull for each and every sunrise.
LOU.

Take the memories...years ago an old fella I respected a lot told me to "always take the high road in life, it makes for good memories when you get old" He was right!

Under current administration , the next four years will seem like 40. They'll spend enough money we don't have to create 40 years of debt. We'll all soon feel like it's been forty years.
