FORD 1310 PARTS HELP

HI I was hoping that you guys could help me out again, I have picked up a 1310 ford that was run on gas instead of diesel. I need to find pistions,rings,rod bearings and complete gasket set. ford dealer not helpful at all. I know its a 3cyl yanmar, does any one know wher I can get parts or what else interchanges with it? when i did get to talk to another ford dealer, the price(900) seems way higher than what I paid JD for a complete kit for my915. thanks guys. Uncle AL
 
I am pretty sure it is not a yanmar engine in the 1310. Ford partnered with ISM on the compacts.

Check around with the new holland dealers in your area.
 
It's not a Yanmar and never was. Ford/NH compacts always were and remain Shibura (ISM) creations.
If you can get an OEM kit from NH for 900 you best grab it before they figure out their mistake or decide to not take pity on you any longer.
The general approach with those things is to scrap them because a new engine is generally more economical than a rebuild... and neither are cheap.

What you have picked up is a heavy boat anchor.If you can ever find the parts they will cost way more than the tractor is worth.Those little Ford compacts were great until they broke and needed parts.Used parts are next to impossible to find.
 
OK GUYS I GET THE PICTURE THATS ITS NOT WORH FIXING. I WILL TAKE IN IN FOR SCRAP ON MY TRIP INTO TOWN ON FRIDAY. THANKS FOR THE INPUT.AL
