Would you want to drive your tractor on this ?

No thank you . I wouldn't want to even drive a car on it . Wow , think of the construction workers that built it . God bless

Construction workers with big nards !!! No way I would drive anything on that !! Wonder how many died building that monster ??

I have NO Problem driving on that bridge,

some people live a Squeamish life, I am thankful I don't in the very least, I'll even put a snake in my picket, and do the trip,

OH JOEY::::::::::You're my heroe..................

How's life? Looking at some of your recent posts, seems like you got a grip and changed your meds a little.

Keep up the good work, you're a little more presentable this way.

Now Dave,,, you just don't know the half of it,
and I know your trying to pull my chain, but it don't work with me,,,ha ha ha,,,,

I did ask you a while back, and you did not respond, if you ever took my advise which would help your condition you talked about being Irritable in your ways, including your wife you said,

I do feel sorry for them who live an irritable life, and I try to help them, but some times it takes drastic measures. hope your better now,

Kinda depends on if there's any manure on the bridge. I'd hate to get that on my tires, I've heard it won't wash off. ;o)

id drive across it. its just a bridge. if i had a 20,000 pont tractor i wouldnt, but 90% of tractors would be fine. Heights have never scared me.

Sorry about the misprint,,, I meant to say pocket, but then,,, picket is a place where you tie an animal,,, I have to start looking what I type more close,,, just happens I guess...

if you check all the mistakes on this forum,,,you'd be a very busy person,,,, good job for you,,,,

None you should see the film made during construction awesome. One mile of it was built on the bank and then they jacked it across . When it was finished and before the cables were tightened it was wavy between the temporary pillars then the tightened the cables and removed the temp supports. You can look up the site great reading. Now theres one i think in Hong Cong they are building now got to see that one as they jack the roadbed up couple hundred feet in the air and weld it fast then connect the cables out to see the huge wire welder and the size of the wire.

Aww Shucks !~! Now you went and made me a feeling lucky person I found a BOO- BOO . Guess I'll have to Play the Pick 5 for the lottery this week .

How does 39069 sound ? A winner from home ??

I would go on that with a tractor. I watched a documentry of them building that on TVO?. Quite something how they built that. They did quite a test at the end where they drove dozens of huge trucks onto the middle. Most amazing thing is that there were NO deaths while building this bridge. They were big on safety according to the documentry.

I drove my 1944 John Deere B on the first Mackinac bridge crossing. I'd give it a go, but the cost of getting my old tractor over the would be a little much. Wonder what the wind's like on it?
