A couple little issues after rebuild

Just got a 530-580ck (gas) going after rebuild.
I can see some coolant coming out of one of the head studs, it appears to be coming through the thread of the nut and stud. Luckily the coolant doesn't contaminate the oil. What's best method to fix?
One of the pushrod tubes in the head is weeping a small amount of oil. Can it be worked out with pliers cleaned and sealed?
What pressure should the cooling system be? The old radiator cap is shot. I've got several radiator caps but none seem to fit, seems the tabs are a different width.
I feel pretty good considering all the headaches associated with this project. Knock on wood.

New gasket, absolutely. Torqued to specs. in sequence. Everything was nice and clean. The way things have been going on this project a simple tightening will snowball into something far worse. Is thread sealer an absolute no-no? I know they generally call for the nuts or bolts to be clean and lubed for torque.

On any head bolt that bolts through into a water jacket, I always coat the threads with a good gasket sealer before in install them.
