I forgot to mention in my previous post that the 720 tractor that sold on eBay for $4550- action #330356745224, completed listings, is now on YT Ad# 349691 for $6500. What happened?

Probably, some enterprising fellow bought it for cheap, and is now trying to ketch another customer, so he can make a profit on his money!
It is done every day, don't cha know?!
And, thats the capitalistic way!

Right! One time at an auto dealer's auction, a Chevy full size Blazer came through the line. It was a mess. It looked like someone had brought it to the auction from 4-wheeling in a corn field. It sold for something like $900.

An hour later, it came through the line again, washed up and clean. It then sold for $1800. All the enterprising fellow who bought it the first time did was take it up to the corner car wash, clean it up, bring it back, and double his money. That's the American way, and nothing illegal about it.

According to the feedback left from the winning bidder- seller refuses to leave this JD 720 go. I didn't see a reserve on this auction. So, this must be the owner listing this tractor on YT or is it a scam? I thought all eBay transactions were binding agreements- am I wrong? If you win, but didn't want the item, are you not expected to still pay? So if you sell and didn't get what you expected, are you not expected to sell- and chalk it up as an expensive lesson learned?

Seller refuses to sell the item. Called to pick the item up and he will not sale.

I'm First time seller on eBay - didn't know I should put in a reserve price.

Maybe that should have been,

I'm a last time seller on ebay.....

Oh and he's really going to be ------ when eBay dings his account for 100 bucks for the sale.

If that is his final answer then why not ban him? What's $100 when he is $1000 under worth? What good is E-bay if this is let to happen? Ban him! He's a crook!
