Purging loader lines

I have an MF35 with a Davis loader and have been running it off the internal hyd. pump with 80/90 gear oil. I have been meaning to switch the tractor to hy/tran and just bought some today. The valves and the pressure and return lines are all empty and all the cylinders are fully retracted, but I am presuming there is still some amount of oil in the lines for the dump cylinders. Do I need to empty all of them, or will that amount of 80/90 be okay with the hy/tran? I know a fellow asked a similar question recently and was told that adding hytran to gear oil was okay, but I don't know if it goes the other way too. Thank you all very much.

I have gone from hydraulic transmission oil to 90 W gear oil years ago without any problems. I just drained what I could and added the gear oil.
