Oliver 66 Trans and Hydro oil

I need to know what oil goes in the rear end of an Oliver 66 AAnd also is it the same oil as in the hydro system Thank you Pete

80-90gear oil in the rear end. There are 2 drain plugs, one for transmission, one for final drive, but they only have one fill plug. The hydraulic takes a good grade of hydraulic oil and change the filter as well. Get a 5 gallon bucket of the gear oil. The check plug is right in front of the PTO gear case and it will take most of the 5 gallon. Questions>

How much oil for the hydraulics? Would be same for 88?

About 4 or 5 quart depending on if you have a single valve or a 2 valve unit. Quote: Same for an 88 capacity or type of oil. Type would be the same, capacity will be closer to 5 quart. That why they have dipsticks.
