SDS in soybeans

Anybody out there seeing SDS in their soybeans?I've seen some in SW. Ind, W. Kentucky and in my field in SE Ill. I have not seen this in my beans in a few years. They are in my Asgrow but not Arise (Browns). This is also the first time in many years that we had a lot of rain and moist soils going into August. These were planted May 22nd.

I've had a few reports of SDS.

Actually the plants are infected in the spring and it is usually the end of August before the symptoms appear.

For some reason Asgrow has a bad case of SDS here in northern IN. See a field with it and usually the sign say Asgrow. Good reason not to plant them.

Seeing some, like you said in NW Ky. You may still end up better than me. My Southern Cross "Michael"s were planted June 24th. Them and every field on my route back and worth from the night job that were planted that week look like crap. The are bloom'n their heads off and have set a few pods already but they ain't knee high. Mine and every one I have talked too that planted beans that week, the roots have only grown straight out and only about 2" deep. I guess we have had so much rain that there is no air down past that. If we keep getting rain, the will turn out. We had 1.6" last night, it's gotta quit some time, just hope beans are made before it does.
